The Loop at Lamar Station is a refresehed apartment complex that is adjacent to Lakewood, Colorado’s vibrant 40West Arts District. I worked with the ownership team on naming, a new brand identity, and a suite of signage that complemented the vibrant botanical murals by local artist Katy Casper. The signage features a custom neon sign that’s reflective of the project’s location on West Colfax Avenue, a stretch known for it’s vintage neon signs.
