dairy block
Dairy Block is a first-of-its-kind urban redevelopment program in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood. Built around the site of the former Windsor Dairy, the adaptive reuse project is a mix of commercial, retail, and office space. Dairy Block is home to high-end restaurants, wineries, shopping, and more.
Custom site signage, including 3-dimensional projecting cube signs, as well as wayfinding graphics, unique restaurant signage, and directories make Dairy Block one of the premier destinations in its area.
A complex comprehensive sign plan was also completed prior to signage installation, which included coordination with Denver’s Zoning department, Landmark Commission, and the Lower Downtown Design Review Commission.
