Chroma Apartments is a multi-family development in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Featuring multiple building types and a unique clubhouse with luxurious amenities, Chroma’s ownership team sought a brand and signage package that would attract young families and those relocating to the state for tech jobs. The signage suite, including unique monument signs and four-foot deep extruded letters in the clubhouse, was inspired by the colorful sunsets over Denver’s front range.
