Brickhouse at Lamar Station is a 300+ unit apartment complex located adjacent to a transit hub just east of Denver. A brand identity was developed that reflects the history of its locale—directly across from one of the oldest brickyards in Colorado.

Custom signage, including a programmable LED ground sign, a unique back-lit perforated screen installation, and ADA signage, make this upscale development feel cohesive and modern.
