The Meridian Metropolitan District is a 1,600-acre development south of Denver that is home to landmark tech and entertainment industry tenants, as well as a host of multifamily and commercial developments. The operators of the district sought a unique signage gateway program that was reflective of their desired tenant mix.

Multiple 50-foot tall pylons flank the site, each equipped with custom, independently programmable LEDs, allowing for themed lighting programs at the touch of a button. Several additional, large-scale monument signs bolster the signage program, offering an inviting and unmissable welcome into the district.

As part of the project, the Meridian logo and brand identity was also updated to reflect a more tech-focused aesthetic.
